USDA Organic Certification and FDA Registration
On August 26, 2020, Green Hygienics registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Bioterrorism Act of 2002. This registration strengthens the company's core mission to provide product efficacy to the pharmaceutical industry and consumers alike.
On September 30, 2020, Green Hygienics was granted USDA Organic Certification (7 CFR Part 205) for the cultivation and post-harvest processing of industrial hemp by the California Certified Organic Farmers for its Sol Valley Ranch property. This certification further enables the company to supply certified organic hemp products to national and international markets.

Daniel Claycamp is the President and Director of Green Hygienics, and the Chief Executive Officer for Astra Holcomb Systems Inc. His 34 years of extensive executive experience have included management positions at top milling companies including Quaker Oats, Bunge, SEMO Milling, Didion Milling and United Maize, as well as the role of VP of Operations for GenCanna Global USA, an $83 million food-grade hemp processing facility. Dan has also successfully managed and directed teams to execute pathways for successful third party accreditations, licenses, permits, and compliance with large governing agencies like the FDA, USDA and OSHA.
Scott Slyker brings his entrepreneurial experience in the cannabis industry to Green Hygienics as the Chief Technology Officer. His knowledge of various extraction and refinement techniques at scale and purification, separation, and isolation of various compounds in cannabis contributes to his capacity to move systems and innovative products forward. His reputation and dedication have led him to worldwide industry leaders like Carredi Supercritical and Alden Botanicals, where he we was involved in developing new state-of-the-art improvements in technology. Scott and his teams have managed several facility improvements and buildouts with optimization while staying cGNP compliant in Oregon, California, Nevada, Kentucky and South Carolina. As one of the first employees at Gencanna Global, he played a major role in developing many processes with Standard Operating Procedures on maintaining genetics, drying biomass, extraction, refinement, and isolate process and created products that were sold to top CBD brands like Medterra, My Daily Choice, Blue Moon Hemp, Hempworx, Green Roads and many others.
David Racz is the company's Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development. He has held global, senior level positions with Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis. As Vice President of Sales and Human Resources at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals he managed the largest expansion in Pfizer's sales force history. Later, SmithKline Beecham recruited David to manage over 4,000 employees in sales, marketing, and research and development in 20 counties throughout Asia, Latin America, and Australia, as well as South Africa. He was also a key member of the team responsible for orchestrating the transcontinental merger of SmithKline and Beechman. Mr. Racz was also recruited by Novartis Pharmaceuticals as senior vice president North America and oversaw 14,000 global employees in pharmaceutical operations, global oncology, manufacturing and R&D.
Kyle MacKinnon serves as GRYN's Chief Operating Officer. He has extensive knowledge in cannabis processing and was previously the Business Development Manager of Advanced Extraction Systems Inc., a leader in CO2 Supercritical Fluid Extraction. MacKinnon brings over 20 years of sales and management experience to the company.
Jerry Halamuda is the Senior Vice President of Business Development of the company's Agriculture Division. He has an extensive career working in the agriculture and horticulture industry. Halamuda has founded, managed and operated multiple successful companies, including Color Spot Nurseries.
